Individual Motor Vehicle Records

SAMBASafety customers can order online motor vehicle records for employment screening, annual Department of Transportation compliance, or other authorized employment or insurance purposes.

Individual motor vehicle records (MVRs) are available as a supplement to the SAMBASafety service. As a registered SAMBASafety User, you may request individual records for both employment and insurance purposes to screen applicants or employees who drive company vehicles.
Online MVRs are currently available for 50 states and the District of Columbia.
