Product Upgrade Announcement

SambaSafety is pleased to announce a number of state monitoring upgrades coming available in July.

As part of our ongoing commitment to deliver the best monitoring coverage available, we offer these new benefits at no extra cost:

  • Increased Frequency  activity and status checks in a number of states to give you more timely access to driver behavior changes
  • Dynamic Annual Driver Baselines are no longer mandatory, giving you more control of your MVR costs.
  • Continuous Monitoring is now available in Mississippi.

 

No action is required to take advantage of these features if you already have drivers enrolled in the upgraded states.

Product Update Details

Mississippi is now available for monthly violation monitoring

Maryland is now available daily (weekdays only)

  • Requires an enrollment MVR
  • Requires a an annual MVR on a state determined date of March 22.
  • SambaSafety will migrate your drivers to the dialing monitoring in alignment with your next annual MVR to minimize enrollment spend

The following states have upgraded to a monthly or better status monitoring frequency:

  • Connecticut, Illinois, Kentucky, Arizona (requires Social Security Number), New Jersey (requires Social Security Number)

Dynamic Baseline MVRs are no longer required or automatically provided in the following states. If you would like annual MVRs for compliance or other reasons, you can use DRM Policy Configuration to automatically purchase them on a schedule or dynamically. Please contact customer care for assistance.
